1. Why are some products 'add to cart' only?

Smaller products are available for immediate purchase and are shipped with no further action required. You will receive your order confirmation immediately and then a follow up email confirming your items have been shipped.

Note: Please see FAQ 3 for explanation on 'add to quote' button on smaller items.

2. Why are some products 'add to quote' only?

Larger and bulk products have the added to a quote (instead of cart). These items cannot be added to your cart due to the complexities of shipping and bulk price variations. Once your items have been added to a quote request, we will respond within 48 hours.

3. Why are some products able to be added to both cart and quote?

Our smaller products have the option to 'add to quote'. This is incase you would like to purchase both small and large items. Smaller items should be added to quote they are part of a larger order that includes bulky items - only one payment will required when the quote has been agreed on.

4. How long will I have to wait for my quote?

We will respond to all enquiries as quickly as we can. However, please allow for two working days (Monday to Friday).

5. What additional information is required for Kind to provide a quote?

To help us provide an accurate quote, the more information you can share, the better; for example, please include:

Contact details for further information, if required
Postcode or town for accurate delivery costs
Access to the site information for accurate scheduling of delivery vehicle type
The square meterage (m2) of the material required?
The intended or existing make-up of the wall/floor/roof system you need the materials for?
Type of build, is it a new build or a retrofit?

6. How do I calculate the m2 required?

Multiply the length and width together. For example: 2.35m x 1.08m = 2.538 square meters (m2).

9. Returns

You have 28 calendar days to return an order from the date you received it.
All requests for returns must be made within 14 calendar days from the date the order was received. Requests for returns should be made via email to: enquiries@kindsupply.uk
To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your order must be in the original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase and in a re-saleable condition and returned at your own cost.
You have a further 14 calendar days to return the order from the date of email notification to request the return.
